Final entry
Well, thats it.
I set out to run 3 miles and keep a blog of how i progressed. I'm still going to carry on running but i'm not going to be making any more entries.
Treat this blog any way you want. Either read it as the rantings of a sad overweight bloke who should never have been so fat in the first place, or hopefully from my perspective, use it as a possible incentive if you find yourself in the same boat.
All ican say is, If i can do it, you definately can. If you want to post any comments, i'll look in from time to time. If no one does, well nothing lost, at least i can look back and see where it all started from.
Good luck anyway.

Hi Gary, too bad you won't post any comments. I enjoyed your blog. It's reassuring to know people that work hard DO achieve their goal. And you had the determination to keep it up.
I sure hope you'll keep on running. You can probably set a goal for a longer distance now. Have you participated in any race (health allowing)???
I've changed my blog from a "running" focus to exam-monitoring (an exam coming up in 2 months)...it's more in tune with what my primary goal is now.
I haven't run in a while...it's horrible weather in Michigan and I had a few colds.
Great job Gary! I JUST stumbled across your blog and I wish I had found it as you started. Seems that we both started the Couch to 5K program at the same time and I could have used your encouraging words!
Great Blog
Hey Gary! I signed up for an 8K run March 25, and I'll definitely be ready. I ran 4.5 miles yesterday, next week I run 5 miles and that's an 8k! 4.5 miles was tough. I had to bump to an 11 minute mile pace for a bit. But hey, there are worse things than being slow!
